Sorry to be in the same boat as you. I have half a tooth missing and have to wait until the middle of September to see a stupid oral surgeon to get it taken out since the dentist wouldn't touch it without IV sedation. Toothaches suck especially when your toothache is caused by a exposed nerve :!

As for me right now my words would be insomnia and heartburn. If i don't get some sleep tonight i am going to be seriously fucked tomorrow.
 
Scared. I'm coming to the realization that I'm going to be without insurance in a couple weeks. I don't know what this means in terms of meds, therapy, etc. I need to just gather up the nerve to call up my doctors and let them know what's up but as usual anxiety is trying all it can do to prevent me from doing that. :(
 
Today I feel content :)
I had the most amazing, beautiful, therapeutic heart-to-heart chat with my oldest sister today. I wasn't expecting it, but I welcomed it. She feels immense guilt for being so absent in my life, so aside from feeling like she needed to apologise for that (which from my perspective she didn't, but I appreciate it was something she needed to do), we spent the next 3 hours openly sharing stories and secrets about ourselves and our lives....the kinda stuff that sisters SHOULD know about each other. Turns out we have a lot in common. Who woulda thought ;)

Spork, hang in there and know that underneath all the worrying thoughts, the solid you is still there, calm and self-sure as Azrael.;) I'm a worrier so I know how persistent those crazy thoughts can be but they are only projections.

Being without insurance in this country is a real worry, though. Is it possible to get back on your parents? You can be covered until age 26 (thanks, Obama) and it is relatively cheap when you are young. You could even offer to help pay if that is an issue for your parents.

As far as the crying goes, let it rip! I am convinced that crying when you don't even have words for what is causing it, is totally healing on a deep subconscious level. It's trying to dam it up that causes the damage. I'm around later today to chat if you want.<3
 
^Crying did help, I do feel better now. I'm 31 so I can't get on my parents' insurance. I've been looking online and working on getting insurance quotes. My boyfriend is also going to see if it's possible for me to get covered under his insurance. It's stressful, but hopefully I'll find something that will work.
