RCs Recoperation after dopamin and norepinephrine depletion - possible?

After some careless experimentation with some RC that had norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) properties together with psychoactive RCs, together with some norepinephrine-dopamine releasers and empathogens I managed to jump off before it was critical. I did overdo it a little though, as I am mentally burned out so to speak. The hangover in my brain being drained from both it seems makes living not the most fun part at the moment, however I feel I will be in good shape in some days.

I have been spending the last two days on my sofa eating healthy, alot of bee-pollen, cacao powder, magnesium and other vitamins that are vital for the body. I am trying to eat alot of fruits aswell and I have stayed away from alcohol and any RC's at all. I do not eat any benzo pills or other kind of pills (except C vitamins, lol). I will not be screwing with NDRI in the near future as this mindset was not something I would like to explore further compared to all the fun and joy that are available in tryptamins.

Anyone have any particular ideas on what to do to make the body heal quicker with rebuilding levels of dopamine and norepinephrine, I am guessing this is where my imbalance is as theese were the reseptors I were "fiddling" with for three days which ended where I am now.

Thanks in advance!

Try an L-Tyrosine supplement (amino acid).

Precursor to neurotransmitters and hormones

In dopaminergic cells in the brain, tyrosine is converted to levodopa by the enzyme tyrosine hydroxylase (TH). TH is the rate-limiting enzyme involved in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter dopamine. Dopamine can then be converted into the catecholamines norepinephrine (noradrenaline) and epinephrine (adrenaline).

I will get some of this first thing in the morning, I see this is supposedly a good one to add into the mix after a binge.

I also now am beginning to understand that the compound that is the problem for my, since I see others describe the exact same symptoms could be the Ethylphenidate RC. So I will need to dive more into this aswell on what this really does to the brain, hopefully I was quick in understanding what state of mind I were getting to and jumped of at an early state.

Yesterday I got diverted and wanted to offer some advice with taking tyrosine.

Take it on a completely empty stomach

Start on the lowest dose possible (usually 500 mg capsules) and slowly work your way up if you need to. Some websites say it safe to take up into the 6 to 10 gram range and unless it's just a case of me being overly sensitive to this stuff, that seems like it would a horrible experience.

If you drink coffee or any caffienated beverages, definately proceed slowly when taking tyrosine supplements. One day while taking it I drank more coffee that usual which must've mixed with the tyrosine in a way that caused extreme anxiety, angry depression, paranoia and suicidal thoughts. Again, this could be idiosyncratic to me but just a fair warning.

The side effects I get are generally increased body temperature, increased pulse rate (which lead to) increased metabolism. Also there is a tendency for me to be a bit more chatty than usual. I like taking tyrosine but I live in a very hot, humid part of the USA. It's like I have to keep the air conditioner at 75 degrees to be able to tolerate the body temp increase when trying to sleep at night, which I can't afford to do consistently. :)

Hope you find some relief with it. The reason I sought it out was due to the horrible crash I experienced post methylone use and it served me well for that purpose.

The recomended daily dose is 500mg from the tyrosine capsules, I would think you might be able to do more however not sure it's smart to eat to much of theese suplements as they have strong effect on the body.

Seems that 3 day binge on several stims was neutralized after 2,5 days of doing nothing and lots of lots of vitamins and healthy supplements. Was it worth 3 days binge for 2.5 days of nada - not at all. I would be much more careful in future.

From what I learned the important things to get into your system after such rides (also infront of them) are magnesium, b vitamins and tyrosine. Just remember that you shouldn't eat to much of theese as to much is not healthy either, so tread carefully.

The smartest is obviously having some sort of breaker switch when doing stims, however not easy at all. I am glad my brain is back in business again, as empathy and mood svings are very welcome now - I like to be alive I can add! ;)

Just wanted to add that I stopped using this supplement at the same time I tried it, seems that its very important to NOT BE AFFECTED by the stims while eating this. I remember I thought my heart would explode - so definately not a good one. Maby if one manage to go for 24 hours without taking any stims, this would be the one... Havnt managed that yet, but now its almost 1,5 years since me posting this... so I have a feeling my dopamine is pretty low as I do not get much rush from even the toughest bastards of the RC stims. Think I need to try this l-tyrosine supplement idea again!
