its odd.... I ain't always feelin' all that happy.... 'cept on occasions. 8)

according to my hazy & often dim recollections, it's been a damn long minute (about ten-years worth of 'em), that anything so powerful has come my way.....
as it were, life comes with quite the steep price tag.... 'cept this kind of life is something I could never have expected and should've seen coming, yet I would still pay any price to share & keep safe.

Oh wow, that picture is seriously cool. I want to make a better comment than that but the words elude me right now, so seriously cool will have to suffice.

It also makes me want to watch Watership Down, and act that can only end in tears.

@ n3o. It's shot off either a Canon 7D or a Canon 450D (I forget which) with a 70-200mm/f3.5 lens. It's actually surprising what you can capture, it's basically a matter of firing off a good bunch of shots, then lining them up and stacking them in photoshop to bring out the stuff you want, while losing the noise and background light pollution.

That. Is. AWESOME!! I've always wanted to do astro-photography but don't really have the monies to get that kind of gear. So I will just continue to live vicariously through folks like you and your friend

Had a marvellous day spent with my very substantial gay friend! We saw Beauty and the Beast 3D, he bought me lunch, burned me DVDS, didn't make me pay him gas money, prepared me snacks, split the cost of delectable Chinese food, and his mommy spoiled me with See's chocolates and a new chip for my digital camera!
