Not in order of importance or in any order at all
1. Finish the screenplay I started last year
2. No more stimulant drugs
3. Write down the best things about my day each and every day, and then review this each week and choose the top 5, then review the weekly list each month and choose the top 5, then at the end of the year I will have a list of small things and maybe big things that I would usually have forgotten about that made me happy to look back on and be grateful for.

4. Lower my alcohol intake at weekends and never drink on weeknights
5. Gain weight (muscle mass) so I am at least 140 pounds (am only 126 at the moment)
6. Be at work on time every day
7. Wake up in the morning every day with at least 90 minutes before I have to leave for work so I can relax before starting work.
8. Eat healthy home cooked meals at least 3 out of 7 days
9. Take advantage of my unlimited cinema card and watch as many new films that come out as I can
10. Blog about my random thoughts at least twice a week
11. Finish the basics in the language I am creating
12. Learn to and practice meditation
13. Go swimming at least twice a week
14. Learn Latin American Spanish well enough to hold a conversation with a native speaker
15. Phone my dad, or have him phone me and speak to him at least once in every 2 weeks
16. Skype with my Mum and Sister who live in another country to me once a month at least
17. Save between 20-40% of my wages each month for my planned trip to South America in 2013
18. Plan and book my trip to South America in 2013
19. Get a portable GPS and go out geocaching whenever possible
20. Taper off benzos by the end of the year
21. Visit my friends and family as often as possible
22. Get rid of as many unnecessary possessions as possible so I can fit everything that I NEED in two big bags
23. Test out WWOOFing in my own country a few times for a week here and there to prepare myself for WWOOFing in other countries in the future.
24. Read more books about subjects I am interested in, i.e. learn more without actual formal education.
25. Don't make as many assumptions
26. Don't take things personally, even if they seem personal
27. Show the kindness to others that I would expect to be shown to me
28. No more sick days off work due to drugs
29. Post more in the P&S forum on BL
That was a bit of an epic list, I believe that I can achieve all of those goals, but I will add one more to the list.
30. Don't beat myself up if I don't achieve all of the goals I have set, but don't use this as an excuse to not even try.
