@ Munroe - Yeeyeaaa that behind the scenes doc. was really interesting :) The amount of time they spent doing that scene in the forest with all the ferns, flowers, vines and what not growing in that "smooth time-lapse" was utterly mind-blowing too.
They are damn good - The whole team who work with Davvy :)

As for your pods I'm afraid I cannot comment much as I've never tried them, but I'd just suggest taking periodic sips to get yourself to where you wanna be and can be safe ;) I'm sure you already know how long they last so I needn't preach to the choir.

.... But careful! lol. A 4 months break is a good chunk of time to send your tolerance wayyyy down. So aye, watch yerself souljah ;)

Attenborough is great. The amount of time invested into getting some of those shots is unbelievable. Saw a "behind the scenes" type program about it once, one of the cameramen/enthusiasts stayed camped out for about 8Months to get a single 40second shot of a mountain goat or some such creature.

In other news, despite being cut into pieces and only using a few, these pods are surprisingly potent.
Perhaps due to nigh on 4 months of opiate abstinence too though.

Considering doing an IPA extraction with the shit ton of seeds that come with them, don't suppose anyone has any experience of this?

I think this is what you're talking about :D

The amount of work they do is just insane. Sometimes they spend months building huge structures to do one zoom out shot, or that shot where they went through the woodland at microspeeds over the space of a year. The thing I find most amazing is that just in that 10 minutes at the end where they show you behind the scenes, you can see bits of equipment that cost the equivalent of a few thousand people's license fees.

I could have watched a whole program on just the seal clubs, going AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

I knowwwwwww!

Yeah I started with an especially low dose considering they're a new harvest and i've not had any in a while.
I've got bluelight to thank for teaching me how to be sensible with these things.
Or maybe I should be hating on bluelight for introducing me to these things?

WHO KNOWS.

Yeah that's exactly the one I was thinking of! Absolutely incredible. I really do admire their commitment and passion.

I'm with the Attenborough Crew this evening. Fantastic viewing, and I normally despise the telly.

An unfortunate aspect of it is that I spend most of the time just grinning at baby animals. Worse still I was with a grown woman who feels the same, so most of the time we were fawning over whatever was on screen and saying things like 'poley bear cubs!' and 'wolfies!'. Not becoming at all.

Those wolfies... erm, wolves, were beautiful though.

Wolves are incredable animals. David Attenborough is a hero amongst men, seriously the documenteries he does are outstanding.

I often find myself high and watching Animal Planet and the like, great viewing. :)

I felt so sad when they went back to the wolf pups with no food, I wish they'd stuck around so that we could see them get a nice meal. Those seal fights were epic, and the mum kissing her pup when it came back to her has got to be the best thing i've seen on TV all year.

All these big softies love the seals, eh? There's me trying my best to pretend that I only like the manly animals. :D

Yeah, it was sad watching the wolves go hungry. I have to keep reminding myself that I'll never be able to keep one as a pet, although the guy from down the road has some huskies which are near enough if you squint.

I wish a fine morning to anyone who's awake by the way.

I knew you were up and about Acid. Just didn't want people to talk any more than they do already. ;)

How are things?

Things aren't too bad mate, apart from the lack of sleep! I put ear plugs in but I could still hear you snoring! ;)

MOrning folks , yeah so its script day today:) hopefully my GP has switched me back to my moggy juice , cos frankly its wicked ! Find out in about 45mins .

Still got loads of stuff to clear from my old flat , i took 4 black bags of stuff out of their yesterday , some of it wasn't mine , i was ruthless straight chucked it away. Anyway still got loads to do as i have to leave the place tottaly clean of everything and its a pretty big flat , bigger than the one i'm moving to anyhow, peace<3

Up this morning as I finally bothered to go to the doctor and get my stomach sorted (fuck mephedrone) and have to get a blood test. Haven't had one in years!

Hope all goes smoothly with the script brimz!

Blood tests are never nice specialk but sometimes the results can put your mind at ease

Yeah I'm hoping to finally get this sorted, it's been a real annoying problem for the past few months. I'm not one to go to the doctors normally as my local one is fairly useless in getting somewhere, but I had to resort to it this time.
I need to find the TV thread and find a new show to watch this evening. Have a good day all!

Well despite victoria line horror meaing I missed a meeting, I have been rather productive since then today. Just had possibly a bit too much fun stabbing all the ice out of our freezer. Shame I've not bothered to do any job hunting...

does anybody know what happens in those situations- i've seen documentaries where they're like, 'this animal will die if it doesn't find food,' then it doesn't find any. i understand you have to respect nature and leave it untouched, but don't think saving one animal could be negative and if they're endangered its positive, so do they feed them? not sure where they'd get the food from in the middle of nowhere.....

i think they should make edited versions for washy vegetarians. love those docus but hate seeing animals ripped apart/in utterly hopeless situations. i know its nature, but i can know that whilst just watching the nice bits.

In one of the behind the scenes programs it showed one of the cameramen or some other member of the team getting really emotional over the fact that they aren't allowed to intervene regardless of the situation.

Don't know whether it's by law or just a standard code of practice they have.
