How did you get off your butt today V.3

^Sorry to hear that. Always a pain in the ass when that happens.

OT: push-ups and household chores.
 
Currently at the gym.

Been at the pool.

Had a steam room.

Going to a body balance class in a bit, which is like a mixture of yoga, meditation, tai chi, etc.
 
i've been trying to get to the gym before work, as opposed to after. puts me in a good mood and makes me more productive for the day. also means waking up at 5:15am and being out the door by 6am. the last two nights i didn't get to bed before midnight. was fine yesterday morning, but this morning i woke up so tired i felt sick to my stomach. after breakfast, still didn't feel better. said fuck it, i'm gonna sleep for another hour and just go after work. was under the covers with my alarm clock set, but then all the sudden i jumped out of bed and went to the gym. i'm falling asleep at my desk, but i'm full of endorphins and i don't have anything i need to do after work today.
 
I have also tried to go to gym before work but it does not work. It's all good in the morning but after lunch I just feel like going home.
