i've been trying to get to the gym before work, as opposed to after. puts me in a good mood and makes me more productive for the day. also means waking up at 5:15am and being out the door by 6am. the last two nights i didn't get to bed before midnight. was fine yesterday morning, but this morning i woke up so tired i felt sick to my stomach. after breakfast, still didn't feel better. said fuck it, i'm gonna sleep for another hour and just go after work. was under the covers with my alarm clock set, but then all the sudden i jumped out of bed and went to the gym. i'm falling asleep at my desk, but i'm full of endorphins and i don't have anything i need to do after work today.
