6 weeks sounds way to quick of you've been using a long time and had seizures before, I know only too well how painful the long drawn out tapers can be but better that than risking seizures or death.

Has taper schedules, I've always done them a little quicker than she recommends but 6 weeks seems just too quick given your past problems.

if/when i do my benzo taper im gonna it over 6 months or so. I did begin it a couple of months ago, and the gradual tapers were working very well, i was dropping by 1/4 etizolam every week once i got down to 7 mg, and i could feel my tolerance lowring with no untoward effcts. I reduced quickly to get down to 7 mg. I know 7mg is still quite a big habit, and that wasnt even getting anywhere near the difficult stages, but im certain that a long drawn out gradual taper is the only way out and off for me. Im doing about 10mg atm to make the bupe w/ds easier.

I can do my taper over 12 weeks, I reckon that's slow enough from 30mg to be ok, I just get really pissed off at the fact that I'm getting treated in a detox drug centre when I originally was on a repeat and I really do need Benzo's, I went through a daft phase, landed in hospital and now I'm in the junkie centre , I really just don't look right in that place !

So I need to come to terms with the fact that I'm gna need to come off , completely !

And try and figure out other ways to control my anxiety and other issues, this shit's not easy, but it's life, the idea of 6 weeks was by the 25th November I could be clean(ish) and be out that clinic for Xmas and 2014,

But I think 12 weeks is a more sensible idea cutting down at 2.5mg every week , also they're giving me 25mg Amitrip so that will help me, it does agree with me and like I said the Gabapentins for back pain I'll get the dose raised so I have faith that this will work out :\

If I could get the Psychiatrist to give me 2mg tablets I would take 1mg off each dose (3x day) for 10 weeks that would be perfect but it's 5mg's so gotta work with what I've got

Yeah its amazing how quick your body becomes dependent on it, I guess if you are prone to to abusing drugs benzo's are just the most stupidest idea. I only bought a couple of 10 mg at the beginning just thinking they would help me in job interviews then it just turned into an Alcohol and Valium binge for a month. I do have social anxiety issues though should get counseling really

Not to mention im still grippin' and sippin codiene and smoking pot, i need the codiene atm anyway cos i had a sinus cyst removed, its an open wound right down my arse crack, they gave me DHC but i did Cwe on the whole lot the day i had the operation

In the last few months I've tried M&A d10's UK nhs blues basically they were the best. Apaurin were also good. So far tonight done 5 of these DZ10's and they are good but not on par with the previous NHS Bolton labs ones. Quality always seems much and such now though its just you have to accept its over a tenner for 10 decent ones.

Magic for sorting last nights hangover and gone down well with a few tonight. Easy
 
someone with some benzo knowledge like to help me out here? i am taking 1.5/2mg of clonazepam but i want to know why it aint so damn sedative? why is it so different to valium / nitrazepam for example? its a really strange drug, i find it just levels me out, even at 2mg (thats if im really stressed though)
 
Clonazepam is non-sedative, agreed. I am on 4mg a day now, reliefs my anxiety for the day. Ive read from a pharm site that clonazepam is one of the only benzos that is prescribed for children (if benzo needed) because the non sedating effects! I chose it over xanax cause I hate the lethargic/angry/frustrated feeling that I get from high dose valium/xanax/ativan.
This week I threw my friend with a chair cause he was annoying me, 4mg clonazepam and 4-6 of xanax on top. NOT NICE.
Buddie had some serious injuries too, but were cool now :)
 
Anyone in the UK had to go to this 'Turning point' place before, its something i have to do cos im on taper. I already ignored 2 of there phone calls these last 2 days will probably phone em today

I'm sure there alright but imo forums like this offer better support because the people have first hand experience in drugs
 
I'm in a similar place in Scotland mate, on a detox but struggling to come to terms with it, I need benzos FACT.

And Clonazepam in quality 8mg reminds me of the old Jellies, I'm on some now :)

Edit: As well as a shit load of Etizolam powder, Diazepam, Gabapentins n Xanax, Think I'm depressed

I remember a batch of DZ10's about here, quality Valium, them MSJ's probly 2 of the strongest I've had on the street out of about 1000 different Stamps, except from those Russian STADA fuckers that ruined my life !
 
benzo lightweight here. I don't theink 5 2ml valium are the same as one blue. Anyone agree. But like wise I don't want to take to many of them and end up robbing houses or losing budgies or anything. How many 2mls would yo take for a nice chilled functional day at home and how many would you take for a hair cut (involving catching buses)
 
Still managing sensible benzo use, which was unfathomable a year ago after a long long addiction. 1mg etizolam on average twice a week, works wonders for anxiety and actually seems to work much much better taking 1 than necking a handful of blues.

Only thing is, they're pretty shite for insomnia n that, is pyrzolam or diclazepam any better to help you sleep does anyone know?

@Pink try 6mg on an empty stomach, can always try more if you're not feeling owt in a hour :), also be careful with gear n benzos, a literally lethal combination

Mgs? Mls are usually used for liquid measurements. If you have zero tolerance then two x 2mgs you would feel - to what extent ? I have seen people take small amounts and be wasted / seen people take high doses and be fully functioning. If you have no idea how you react do not take them when you need to function outside - if your going to do it anyway, take two . Wait and then up in half a pill until you reach your desired level of chilled outs bliss.

(Tbh I don't know anyone who has taken 5mgs of valium and been that far out of it that they cannot function normally - yeah they may feel like they have had a glass of wine but nowhere near budgie murdering state). If your mixing with alcohol then be careful :D
