Alrighty, let's see if I can remember. I'm not an expert but I think it goes something along the lines of the following. This is all assuming you want to shoot a small quantity of pills (ideally one). I have no idea whether the "slow release" aspect will change the method, maybe check the other drugs forum if unsure:
Equipment:
* Clean working surface,
* Alcohol Swabs,
* Cotton Filters (standard ciggie filters that come in sharps kits),
* 1 x 1ml syringe with needle/tip (standard 27 gauge insulin syringe from exchange),
* 1 x 3ml syringe without needle/tip (this is what you're attaching the wheel filter to),
* 1 or 2 attachable neelde/tips for 3ml syringe (see below),
* 1 x micron filter (e.g. wheel filter). The exchange should have several different sizes. I believe you want a medium filter for pills, the finest (0.22 microns?) is great for removing all bacteria etc but will clog with pill binders so you need the next one up. If you want to be doubly safe you can do sequential filters using a finer wheel filter each time. If in doubt as to which one to get just ask the people at the needle exchange,
* Either 1 or 2 spoons (Here you have a choice, you can either filter the pill through the wheel filter and out into a second sterile spoon, then suck that up into the 1ml syringe for injection, or you can get a needle/tip to attach to the filter and bypass the second spoon, taking the plunger out of the 1ml syringe and filtering through the wheel filter straight into the back of the 1ml syringe).
* something sharp and sterile to remove coating from pill (knife, razor blade, etc),
* sterile water, either in an ampoule from exchange or use tap water that has been boiled and left boiling for a few minutes, and then cooled back to room temperature,
Method
1. get all equipment ready and sterilize everything with alcohol swabs, wash hands and use hand sanitiser etc,
2. remove coloured, waxy coating from your oxy/s,
3. crush into sterile spoon number one,
4. add enough cold water to dissolve, stir with something sterile (e.g. cap from syringe),
5. prep the wheel filter, to do this you will need to draw some water into the 3ml syringe (without needle/tip), attach the wheel filter (take note of how you screw it on, they work in one direction only), and very gently push the water through to wet the filter,
6. remove wheel filter from 3ml syringe, attach needle/tip,
7. draw dissolved pill solution into 3ml syringe through a cotton filter,
8. reattach wheel filter,
9. slowly and gently push solution through filter either into the back of the 1ml syringe or into spoon number two from which you can draw it into the 1ml syringe... whatever's easiest. If you're going straight into the back of the 1ml syringe you'll probably need to attach a second sterile needle/tip onto the front of the wheel filter otherwise it's just too hard to aim and get it in. You can do a second filter through a finer micron filter if desired,
10. swab injection site and blast away.
Of note: do
NOT under any circumstance apply heat when dissolving the pills. You will get zero additional oxycodone in the solution but will get additional dissolved binders.
