Given recent spike in interest in plugging E, I would like to summarize different logistical methods for actually accomplishing the deed, and get a show of hands on people's favorite ways. Let's begin, starting with the most common way of shoving it up where the sun donft shine.
1) Take a dump to avoid feces from interfering with absorption. Optionally perform an enema (most people find this unnecessary). Put a condom over your finger. Optionally put some lubricant over it. Stick the pill up to the second knuckle. If you don't stick it up far enough, it could slip out, it might not dissolve as well, and it could cause the anus ring to burn. If everything goes well, you will begin to feel the effects in 15-20 minutes. The effects will come on faster than stronger than in case of oral administration. In the first few minutes you may get an urge to take a dump. Resist it, or you will waste the pill. Sitting down or lying down will do wonders to stop this craving.

The advantage of this method is even faster come up and possibly less burning since the powder will spread faster instead of sitting in one place and producing high concentration of the chemical like a pill would. Also some of the harder pills might dissolve very slowly if there is not enough moisture. Crushing them reduces the chances of a "plugging didn't work" reports. If you are getting empty capsules, make sure to get the regular gel capsules, and not the vegetarian capsules, as the vegetarian capsules take a lot longer to dissolve. One other tip frequently given for this method is: put a drop of water into the capsule right before closing it, and shove it up right away. This will make it faster the dissolve. However be careful, this way it is more likely to break and spill if handled improperly. So for beginners, don't put any water into the capsule until you are comfortable with getting it in quickly and smoothly.

Put some lubricant around the tampon and insert it into the anus in the same way a woman might use it, although at a different location. Tampons consist of a plastic guide and the payload (the absorptive material). The plastic guide is what makes it easy to insert. Just put the pill/capsule on top of the payload, and when inside the anus, push the payload further up. This will deposit the pill/capsule exactly at the right location, without ever having to get your fingers dirty. This is also good if you need more than one pill. The tampon method can be used to insert multiple pills at the same time. In this case cut off some of the payload to make room for the extra pills.
