film: Eternal Sunshine (New Jim carrey project)

Anyone else looking forward to this flim. I think the premise is very interesting & trippy. This might be the movie that makes us forgive Carrey for "The Majestic". Eternal Sunshine

Yes, I can't wait to see this film. Once I found out it was directed by Michael Gondry, I was even more interested. If you haven't seen his DVD of his music videos, its definately worth watching. He directed several Bjork videos, The Chemical Brothers "Let Forever Be" video, Beck's "Deadweight," etc.
 
i really want to see this. it has an excellent cast and seemingly interesting plot. i'm hoping they pull it off with great acting and interesting story.
 
Yeah, the fact that it's also written by Charlie Kaufman makes it very appealing to me.
 
i'll watch anything with Jim Carrey, even though the Majestic wasn't good i like his serious roles.
 
Oh man.. I'M DEFFINETLY going to watch this.


I'm so excited. Adaptation and BJM are two of my favorite movies. I can't wait to see what Kaufman has in store for us.

The R.E.M. song was originally about Andy Kaufman, who is of no relation to Charlie Kaufman.
 
however, jim carrey played andy kaufman in the movie named after the rem song.. and now jim carrey is appearing in a movie written by *charlie* kaufman.. and charlie kaufman's first script "being john malkovich" was produced by rem's michael stipe.. ooh, everything runs in circles ;)

Saw this movie last night...absolutely loved it. I loved the way it was filmed and the concept behind the story. I can't wait till it comes out on DVD already... I may have to go see it a second time in the theatre.
 
Awesome movie! Loved it. Great story, great acting, great film, great directing, and most of all I was sooo touched.
 
Although Eternal did't envoke the reaction that I got from BJM, it was a well done film. This movie goes everywhere from everydirection and was a little confusing as I was nodding out.
 
kaufman is god. definitely looking forward to this :)

Charlie Kaufman has done it again. This is the BEST movie I have seen in a long time, and the best of Kaufman's work yet. I am going to need to see it two or three more times before I go into any real detail.
