Zohydrro vs Opana for Pain

I was just prescribed Zohydro ER 20mg 2X/day, which doesn't seem like that much. I have heard the even though it's 20mg of hydro that it's actually stronger than taking 2 Norco, how true is that? But my doc says if they don't seem to cut the pain then she would either go up on the dose or switch to Opana ER. Which would work better since I have never had Opana, just need an opinion.
