Ziprasidone Discontinuation,80 mg after 1 year of use

I was taking this for sleeping but recently decided (30 hrs ago ) I’m just going to stick to the 100 mg of trazadone and stop the ziprasidone , after reading it can lead to having weaker bones ( fractures ) after long term use.
I feel more anxious and sensitive to temperature changes, I slept last night without it ,that’s about it , does anyone have any history with stopping this med. abruptly? 4 weeks ago I quit my Valium habit, and quit smoking Monday, I’m just try to make a change

Don't just stop it without tapering. I applaud your efforts but rushing it can land you in hot water. Talk to your doctor about a plan for tapering off.

The doc wants me to stay on but from what I understand even after tapering the effects of stopping are the same as a normal dose that’s why I just stopped
