Benzos Xanax tolerance and water detox

Hey guys, so I've been dealing with trying different meds every since I got out the hospital. it started with ambien.. which worked for maybe two weeks than also one Xanax bar a day, it worked I could feel it. now a few months out, taking it everyday I noticed its stopped working as well. I feel nothing now. so today I took maybe three or four bars maybe five, I was thinking would a week long water fast could help recalibrate my body, so I could start over with my meds. my tolerance right now is so high.

A water fast won't do shit for you and remember, drinking too much water can kill you
And if you've been on alprazolam for a few month stopping cold turkey can induce seizures, so taper

Also if you take a break, it will take a toll on your body, so you need to eat healthy meals and take vitamins!

A week break will lower your tolerance, however it will be back to where it is now in no time..
