Benzos Xanax, how long can I take it safely?

I think that 1 mg is a low dose to get addicted to. Even if you do, the withdrawal symptoms would be at the lower level of the scale. On the other hand, Xanax is quite a potent benzodiazepine and one shall take it seriously. It's the best for panic attacks though.
