GABAergics lessen inhibitions, which makes a person less reserved. It can either mean that an intoxicated person is more likely to act on impulses, aggression/anger etc, but it can also remove creativity blocks or the feeling of being unsure if you want to do a particular activity (your examples of yoga, workout). I've experienced both, but my cognition gets too impaired so I usually still end up doing too much stupid shit. You're lucky, Tranced, for the fact that benzos affect you so positively. I wish they did for me. I don't even want to start recalling some of my benzo "adventures".

You're right tranced, that does sound atypical especially the inability to sleep after dosing.

I get that occasionally from alcohol or phenibut, though your right, activity of these is different from benzos...
