Opioids Would it be a waste to take oxy after forty ml methadone

I took forty mg methadone a hour ago most I take at one to is 30mg oxy crushed even tho I could easily handle triple that.
Point of gear I'd be smashed off a shot so that my tolerance.
Shall I just save so I got sizty mg to take tommorow as I be rattling a bit after taking the meth.
And how much morphine would 40mg meth be equivalent too.
I took sixty mg meth last week and was lay on carpet nodding with fire on all night which cost me fifteen quid
I am 100kg six foot male and very sexy
Prescribed sixty mg oxy and forty mg morphine for bad back pains bone pain and fibromyalgia and seems to help the low energy from copd.
And prob die from Corona if I get it so may aswell get high so don't judge me at least I am typing properly itold you it was my tablet half the time on a new phone and it can keep up with my 80wpm typing
