Opioids Withdrawing from butyr fentanyl, how long will this last???

Can someone please chime in regarding sleep issues? This is driving my nut in. Also, how long till I can eat without feeling sick? Any advice regarding what I should eat? Feeling less optimistic today, but I think that's more because of how drained I am from this experience than was themselves. Cheers.
