Will taking Vyvanse up until the day before I take MDMA affect my roll?

I'm planning on taking .5g of MDMA on Saturday for a concert but I have a concern. I'm on 50mgs of Vyvanse and in the past, I've always taken a week off of Vyvanse before I rolled because I've read that it might affect it- but I've also read that it won't have any affect on the MDMA at all. Will taking 50mgs of Vyvanse up until Thursday or Friday affect my roll Saturday night?

I'd say it would likely have some effect. best to stop dosing ASAP, no need to waste such a beautiful drug like MDMA for a jittery high like vyvanse

Accrued amphetamine tolerance is notorious for reducing the effects of MDMA, and repeated dosing is notorious for quite rapid tachyphylaxis...stimulants really work best as occasional things.

It's extremely high unless he plans on redoing throughout the evening. If that's pure I would consider lowering your dose.

Yeah 500mg would still be high even if it turned out to be methylone.

Ebola said it best. Amphetamines are cross tolerant with each other so using one consistently will raise your tolerance to all of them.
