It is noticed, that Cymbalta (duloxetine) capsules cant be opened as they are coated to withstand gastric condition to disintegrate in the intestines and be absorbed there, as duloxetine cannot withstand acidic conditions in stomach. Does it mean if I open the capsules and take these white small beans without a capsule, what I receive absolutely no duloxetine, or only the bioavailability is reduced? I always thought the beans cannot be chewed, and the beans themselves withstand the stomach conditions, and inside every bean is a tiny amount of substance. Was I wrong, any information regarding this issue?
