Sorry buddy but we don't allow these kinds of questions here. Nobody can really say for sure, and even if they can I don't believe many people would like to tell you it WON'T show up only for that to be completely wrong and you get in trouble for doing something you otherwise wouldn't have done.
I'm not an expert (point above being none of us can say we are), but would receptor binding affinity of a particular substance have any correlation to it potentially throwing a false-positive for another drug that acts on that same receptor that the test is looking for?
