My Girlfriend and I have been taking valium sometimes 10mg sometimes split in half 5mg every other day and some times skipping a couple days for almost a year. my question is would we feel crazy withdrawals for how often and how much we use. I understand a lot of people on this website that have addictions take up to 4mg of xanax and 40mg of valium almost daily and that to me seems crazy. would our withdrawals be anything close to theirs?

If you can skip days and don't experience rebound symptoms you should be fine
