Will first gen antihistamines potentials Valium ?

My Valium and temazepam doesn't seem to be hitting me hard enough. I just want more sedation. What can undo to help this?

nothing except cut back, benzo tolerance will reset unlike opiate tolerance
i take huge breaks in between my benzo doses and every time i take a dose it feels like the first time
since both are benzos you tolerance will increase faster than just taking either one by itself

That sounds like a plan. On a good note, the Valium isn't as strong as the Clonazepam I took, but I do take less Valium. 2-3 a day tops. Lately, it's been more like 2. I'll heed your advice. Thanks for the reply.
