Why no 2020 Price Thread( like the 2005 one)?

Was just wondering if the 2005 price thread was a one off, or maybe violated rules somehow so not repeated? Found it very informative, maybe with current world events would be good to know the state of our
favorite " Stocks"?

I think price discussion was banned to help stop sales or solicitation, but that would be interesting to see brought back.

It seems like the price of everything is way up this year, even weed in Cali! Not retail so much because the demand isn't that elastic, but the wholesale price is WAY up. It went from getting boxes for the price of a new 3-series or 5-series BMW, to not even being able to find one for the price of a new M5 (or similar, depending on outdoor/GH/indoor, etc...). And I've read in the LA Times that the price of a pound of meth in LA (one of the top 3 meth distro hubs in the USA) is up 100% from Jan 1 to current.

"Price discussion: do not post prices. You can speak in general terms about costs rising or falling, but a dollar amount should never be included" - NSADD guidelines pretty clear on that, and a thread such as this would obviously break this rule and likely be impossible to moderate adequately.

Locking, and only bumping this old thread so anyone peaking into NSADD clearly sees the "no pricing" rule for a little bit.
