Why can't I post in certain forums?

in the drug faq's description you should see:
Learn the basics about a variety of drugs (forum is not open to new posts)
you should also see a big icon with a lock on it indicating that the forum is not open for new posts:
what you see as amphetamine sections are only labels people are required to attach to new threads once they're submitted in od. so if i was to start a thread about heroin i would have to select "opioids" from the available prefixes.
drug discussion are open for new threads and replies. to reply look for the following icon at the top left corner of the first post of each page:
to start a new thread the you need to click on the following icon which can be found at the top left corner of the first thread on the index of each subforum:
you can visit our testing grounds forum to give things a trial run and fool around with the software.
