Why people say that white type 4 heroin is more clear than brown base 3?
I mean dealers could mix it with a ton of other white powders that ain't heroin just like they do with brown.

this is kinda vague, we can't identify random mixes of powders
no. 4 is whitish, snortable and inject-able
no. 3 is brown, smokable and is acetic acid is added its injectable

but regardless of colour you could have two different strengths and/or types and not know it - your brown could be 99% pure and your white 10%
practice caution at all times plz
