Honestly, I like Bart the best.

Though he does poorly in school and is not booksmart, he is a clever little bastard and a master of trickery.

In one episode, he paints the lines of the school parking lot so that each parking spot is one foot narrower. "Unnoticable to the naked eye" as he put it. When all of the school faculty pull into their parking spots, they can't get out since the cars are too close to one another and a verbal fight ensues.

There are plenty more hilarious pranks that Bart pulls throughout the seasons that don't suck (4-10).
