Which infractions cause the most points?

like abuse causes one point apparently(altho it totally wasn't abuse)
in the unlikely scenario where i would get an infraction, which would be the worst to get anyway
 
man my self esteem is still way lower than that guy's- why was he boasting about himself so much if his self-esteem is so low?
 
man i dont have three and a half years to do this shit...
it's not like anyone on BL will miss me anyway
and i cant leave until i get banned
how about an 11-point custom infraction how would one hypothetically go about to receive that
how would one become an "exceptional case" the stars have to align i realize that
