What will Tagamet boost

Out of Oxycodone, dextroamphetamine Valium and DXM, what will Tagamet work best for?

It's an antacid drug, and I looked it up and it says not to drink alcohol on it so I would avoid the DXM, and I'm not sure if it's safe to take with the other drugs you listed or if it will interact with them? Also, don't combine the Oxy and valium as this is dangerous. Stay safe.
