What small round white pill has an N on one side and a + scored on the other?

Hey i need help identifying asmall round white pill thar has an N (Maybe a Z?) on one side and a + scored on the other side. There are no numbers on the pill. I could take pictures but i have no idea how to post them.

There is a good chance it is something over the counter. Most prescription pills will have some kind of more in-depth markings on them or have a more unique shape.

I would definitely leave it alone until you are sure of what it is. Although I would almost put money on it not being much of anything.

Yeah, that's what im thinking, that its just otc

I use a site called drugs.com and use their pill identifier. I'm closing this as we don't permit drug id's but don't take it not knowing what it is. Be safe!
