Kratom is an immunostimulant apparently and I cannot heal my middle ear infection because after every dose I get extreme tinnitus and dizziness. So I must cold turkey this stuff but what should I expect?

Secondly, once I clear kratom from my system completely will loperamide be a safe withdrawal aid? Thanks!

Loperamide is a safe-ish withdrawal aid (very short term), it works to block the majority of withdrawals, especially for kratom, But it[s bad for you, and it dries me out something fierce, really bad constipation, so I would recommend taking stool softeners with it if you need it.

Withdrawal from kratom varies. 9-10 grams per day for a year will probably have you feel not very good for a few days but that should be it. The more times you get addicted to it and withdraw (or from any opiates), the worst the withdrawals get in future times. The first time is the easiest. Try not to think about it too much. Working out heavily weach day will help far more than anything else.
