What other drugs are typically passed off as MDMA

So obviously many people purchasing "molly" aren't always getting pure mdma. Lots of times dealers will sell other drugs such as methylone or bath salts that appear similar to mdma and give somewhat similar effects, passing it off as simply "molly". So the question is, what other drugs are most commonly being falsely sold as mdma? This could be particular to your area or just in general overall from what you've heard online or by doing other research on pills, etc.
