RCs what is your personal heart rate BPM while on stimulants and resting?

I'm in my early 20s and I love uppers
180bpm would be pretty high and I think there's no resting HR while on a stim.
What scares me is when I can feel my heart pounding(at like 165bpm)
It's never a bad idea to check your temp also.
Got to be careful with speed
And stay away from mephedrone

never tried either of those things, they sound dirty... but yeah i get super paranoid on stims! i literally stop all music to check my pulse every hour lmao, which leads to even more anxiety... mine has never been higher than around 120, but that seems super high to me
