Dude..fucking quit while you're ahead. God some people on here are dumb. 100mg Valium?!? That's a huge dose.

I'm not sure exactly how long it takes to build a benzo dependency, I would guess a few weeks maybe ? Just stop man.

Valium has its uses, it works wonders for anxiety. Less is more use it sparingly and always remember it's a short term fix. Address the root cause of your anxiety.
