What does acetone taste like

The last little bit I had I mixed acetone and distilled white vinegar and soaked the extract for a couple hours, it definitely removed a bunch of stuff but not as much as the first time I did it with the denatuum benzene, so I do t know if pH Is a factor here but apparently the benzene is highly acidic

From memory I’d say isopropanol is more disgusting than acetone. Isopropanol doesn’t get you drunk btw, think the oh group must be terminal to act. N-propanol is active however.

In reality, all the hydroxyl does is provide the physical properties to get the alkyl into the brain and keep it there. Isporopanol is usually 60-100% pure so alcohol poisoning is a common issue.
