Thoughts What Did you Read Recently? What Did You Think?

Doesn't actually have to be something just JUST read, can be a favourite, something you hated, want to discuss etc.

Just read this afternoon:

Every Time We Meet at the Dairy Queen Your Whole Fucking Face Explodes, Carlton Mellick III - 4 stars - A middle school boy finally works up the courage to ask out his crush - the "weird" girl, ostracised by her peers for being shy and often having black widow spiders crawling on her - only for her face to literally explode in the middle of their date. The same thing occurs every time they meet at Dairy Queen for a date. But it's when he goes home with her to meet her family that things really get weird...
Really enjoyed this short read.
