Diet What did YOU last eat? Version 5

Whole grain spaghetti with tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, garlic, shallot, spinach, grated emmental cheese, a bit of organic butter and olive oil and some spices.
Yep i pretty much threw everything i had into that pasta.
 
Idk if this is considered healthy but sometimes you just need to get your weekly dose of meat and fat:
1 1/2 pound beef sirloin
Some bbq-ribs
Grilled corn with garlic butter
Fried squid and prawns
Bbq vegatables
Potato wedges
Lot of vanilla coke
