I've been smoking for about 2 years and I have never had any problems but lately every time I smoke bud my sinuses get clogged and there is a ton of pressure in my forehead and in my face. I'm not sure if this is related at all but it all started right after an acid trip. The sinuses only act up when I smoke so I dont think it's a sinus infection. I am convinced its the smoke not the actual bud but I havnt tried to smoke anything else. Does this happen normally and do I just need to take a break from smoking for awhile?

smoke is a notorious irritant to the sinus and respiratory system.

take a break and then see if it persists. it could be all in your head but i'm not saying that it is.

can't say that it's happened to me. when my allergies act up or if i have the flu tho, the smoke can definitely mess with my sinuses.

otherwise take a break, start back and see what happens.. :).
