Depends on the strain , use leafly as a basic guide.

I get myself some 15% cbd 0.3% THC and mix it in with some presumably 15-20% thc strain from local lol , then i just use them in ratio and enjoy in a vaporizer , sometimes i can put more of the Thc sometimes i put less if its very strong stuff, all i know is i dont experience those out of control racing highs when i mix them together like that. 1:1 for nice buzz

But na strains are all different some can be 23% THC and 0.030% CBD for example, hash is the same not all hash has CBD not many indicas have significant CBD levels either
