Weed a day after MDMA - Bad Trip

So a day after rolling I decided to hotbox a friends shed in the cold, We had 2 joints between us and was in there for about 10-15 mins. We hotboxed the shed real good I was totally baked after I left. After this I went back to my friends room and sat down on the bed. I had an unusual feeling, it felt like my face was sweating but it was not, It was like a humid feeling on my face and I suddenly couldent feel my face or hands, I started to panick and I had a loss of feeling on some parts of my body it felt really fucked up. Then my eyes turnt really grey and I started shaking for atleast 20 mins, my eyes were also dilated from the night before as I took a quite heavy dose of mdma. After an hour of drinking water and playing ps4 it finally went and I felt back to normal again, but I honestly felt like I was dieing.

Does anyone know if this was caused my panic or maybe the weed triggered this???
