OFFICERS from Warwick Local Police Team discovered many “items of interest” during their search of a Marangaroo home — but eggs were not among them.

The team were executing a drug warrant at the property when they literally stumbled across mountains of old milk cartons, fast food packages, decaying food and rubbish.

Warwick Police Sergeant Jason Toneman said officers had located a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia among the mess, which was packed to the rafters.

He said it was one of the messiest houses he had searched during his time as a police officer.

“We all wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible,” he said.

Sergeant Toneman said charges were pending and that the investigation was ongoing.

There must of been a milk sale or something based on all those bottles piled up.
