Hey everyone, new at this. I'm looking for a suicide hotline in my area. Not to call but to work or volunteer at. I'm a SCI and have been for over 2 decades. I know what desperation feels like. I'm aware of what it is to be suicidal. How painful wanting to hurt yourself can be. I have a good vocabulary along w a good rap. I'm pretty hip and I feel like I could reach some of these individuals. I live in North East Louisiana. If you know of anything remotely helpful please get back w me.

I don't know if anywhere but I have heard that sometimes no one answers because they don't have enough workers/volunteers and that is so sad to me. I think you're on to something good and I hope you find something soon.
