Stimulants Vyvanse verses Xelystrym

Does anyone have any experience with the two? I’m thinking about switching to get better coverage through the day as the vyvanse is done in 4-6 hours max.

Anyone have any thoughts or experience? Kinda low dosages for the Xelystrym patch imo but maybe because different ROA?
