Vicodin Tolerance grown to high/expensive, herion into ROA

I've had MS for 8 years and was prescribed almost all pain pills imagined. In early 2017 my doctor stopped all pain rx in favor of the actually treatment of MS. ATM I am taking 10/325 well above the apap threshold of safe. I now take 10. Then CWE another 5/6 (find to be a waste) IMO..
Now I know all the risk of H but I plan on trying it and needles will be out the question.
Besides the just don't do it answer. I plan on snorting or smoking as the ROA.. What would be a estimate of amount of a avr 10 bag to try and be as safe as possible the first time. (Powder)

Nobody can tell you this especially with the fent problems currently going around..

I would break it down alot like 5-10 lines and space them out 30/45 mins till you start to feel either not sick or high.

Do not mix your prescriptions with the street dope.
