(Victoria) Valium to stave of WDs of Opioids/Opiates?

Long story short, I'm prescribed 240mg of codiene phosphate, daily, for chronic neck and back pain I sustained due to a major car accident... And I've ran out of scripts and can't get in to my doc till late tomorrow. He tried to prescribe me tramadol, but the risk of SS with Pristiq is not worth the risk. And he refuses to prescribe oxy or even targin ?

I do however have a stockpile of Valium 5mg and also Temazepam 30mg. What kind of dosage would one suggest (of either) that would block out almost all the "brain zap" WDs that are currently driving me insane! I tried weed, but that hasn't worked, if anything, it's made it more pronounced.

Any serious help would be appreciated

Hey EthnoFreak,

I would start with a 10-15mg a day Diazepam dose. Work up from there.

The temazepam will get you to sleep nicely.

Just had 10mg before, feeling quite good. Just made some pancakes actually.

Take 5 mg in the morning and 5 mg at night.

Although your post was a couple of months ago ethnofreak how dope sick were you at the time?
