Hey Guys. I took 10 Mg of Valium on Thursday night for a panic attack. I have a test for rehab on Monday at 4:30 PM(Lab Test.) . I know the half life is long as shit, so I might just be fucked, but is there ANYTHING I can do to help speed it up? I'm going to dilute it a lot and ingest tons of vitamin C and workout, but at this point I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks guys !
Sorry, drug testing questions are prohibited. Just as a heads up certain tests can tell if your sample was diluted, this of course raises red flags immediately. Just hope for the best and be honest if you get caught, that's your best bet. If they use lab testing they will easily tell if your sample is heavily tampered. Good luck with your sobriety
