How long should I wait to take 20mg of Valium after taking 180mg of Codeine Phosphate?

Don't combine a benzo with an opiate this is extremely dangerous and many people have died this way. Stay safe.
 
It depends on how much you typically use. I've had opiates and benzos scripted together but you're taking 3-4 times the normal doses so your respiratory system could be suppressed if those are not the usual doses for you. That being said each drug has its own half life. If you don't want to risk it look up the info and wait for twice the length of its half life.
