Using Substances with One Kidney

I was born with one healthy kidney, my other one was too weak and didn't make it when I was born. I have done a fair amount of substances in my short life span including: Alcohol, many kinds of different Rx pills, weed (everyday), 2-cb(once), mushrooms, Mdma, cut mdma with speed and opiates, and mdma with alcohol a few times. I have done all these around 20 times and all in the past 2 years.I always stay hydrated while doing these. I know its bad and have always been told that, but it doesn't stop me. How taxed do you think my one healthy kidney is? Is there anything I can eat or drink to help my kidney out? Thank you for any kind of advice or help.

Test you gear, don't poly drug use (take a variety in one sitting), hydration, and don't do really high doses.
