Using oxycodone after coming home from an OD off adderall with fast heart

Hello. I have a question.

I got home early early this morning after overdosing on adderall. I did a lot of adderall in 36 hours. The ER said my heart rate was really fast and said when I left that they were still a little worried about it. My heart is beating faster than normal and a little hard.

But I was wondering if oxycodone would affect my heart rate after all this.

Anything helps. Thanks.

For most, oxycodone has negligble action on HR but there are some reports of it causing serious arrythmias. If you can hold off until your HR is normal, that would be best.

Oxycodone isn't really a sedating opiate for many people including myself. If I take enough to catch a buzz it get's me speeding. I'd listen to Kittycat5 knows more then most anyone I know on here about prescription drugs!!!

How about not doing any drugs today? Yer gonna push yourself into a myocardial infarction. Oxycodone can increase blood preasure and heart rate, two things you don't need right now.

Let the ticker rest a bit.

If you just OD'd, I'd be taking a break from all drugs for a little while.

Why not stay away from the drugs for a couple days and let your body come somewhat back to homeostasis.

Oxy for me does have an effect on my heart, I'd stay away for now.
