Stimulants Useless oral Alpha-PHP do nothing

I ordered some alpha-php. I diluted 1 gram on 200 ml of distilled water very easily and I drank 2ml (10mg). Nothing happened wtf. Any help? Am I immune to alpha-php? : /
P.S. First time I try a stimulant

thats annormal, 10mg should be a bit subtle but work.
