US man sent $24,000 of marijuana in drug mix-up

Return address. They sent package from Cali to somewhere else, was undeliverable, came back to this guys address. This goes on every day, people send weed from west coast to east, or Midwest, or Texas.
 
yeah that is true, even here, plenty of people go out west to work and send back some of that nice smelling/tasting cannabis from BC.

so how did they decide to use his name as the return address? is that a safety precaution? you don't have to use a return address, so why bother unless they were planning to pick it up there somehow? If anything this guy put a target on his back by going to the police. Now instead of the possibility of it being lost in the mail or confiscated, whoever sent it knows who got it.

and those bastard dealers get that extra 5.349 or whatever grams from every pound or perhaps the grower keeps it and fucks the dealer on it! This is why we should all use the metric system.
 
Not putting a return address can cause it to have extra screening. Its not all about drugs. If you mailed a bomb you probably wouldn't put a return address. There is no reason a legit package though would not have a real return address.
 
I'll take a box of weed, a box of dillies, a box of xanax, and a box of cash please..... :)
